How do I receive my account after purchase?

After buying through Kinguin, you will receive a Kinguin Order ID and Unique Redeem Code. Enter these on our website to generate your secure access link.

How long does delivery take?

Where do I see my account credentials?

Once your order is marked “Completed”, the credentials will be visible on your personal access page generated by our system.

How to change the credentials?

Xbox / Steam / PlayStation: You may log in and update your email address, password, and security settings, where permitted by the platform.

YouTube / Spotify: These are subscription-based accounts. Please note that changing the account credentials may void the warranty.

Can I get a refund if I made a mistake?

Yes, refunds are possible if the account has not been accessed or used. All requests must be submitted through Kinguin’s Resolution Centre.

My game is already installed. What should I do?

You must delete the game and reinstall it using the provided account to ensure proper access and function.
